If you are not completely satisfied with the resume writing or review service provided by Fix A Resume, you are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions: if you feel that our service did not meet your expectations or requirements, you can request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your completed resume or review.
To request a refund, please follow these steps: contact us by emailing info@fixaresume.com with your refund request. Include your name, contact details, and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied with the service. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information to better understand your concerns and improve our services. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. If only a portion of the service was completed or delivered, we may offer a partial refund based on the extent of services provided. Any additional services provided by third parties, such as expedited delivery or additional coaching sessions, may not be eligible for a refund.
